There is also a foreword that explains what was happening with the band at the time of the writing and recording of the album.
This book provides an in-depth look into the writing, recording and making of the album. It is written by Mike TV, the band’s founder and principle songwriter. He is also the sole musician on the album, this album being a solo project for Get Set Go.
